Lab Identifier Create a name for your lab group.
This cannot be changed without contacting us directly, so choose wisely!

Examples: jsmith, jsmithlab, smithgroup.

Lab names are saved as lower case without spaces.
Alphanumeric and underscore characters only. Institution Indicate your institution.
Example: Alpaca State University

If your institution has a site license, you will be able to indicate that when invoiced.

Tax Exempt If your institution is tax exempt, indicate that here.

If you have an exception certificate or similar number, you may enter it. We may contact you for a copy of your certificate if needed, which will need to be fulfilled within 30 days of our request.

If you are a member of a tax-exempt institution that has a license agreement with us, you do not need to indicate the certificate number.

Plan The number of users for each plan corresponds to the number of active users for the account.

User activation/deactivation can be managed at any time by your administrator (i.e. the user signing up here).

Promo codes are applied during billing (you can enter them later).
